The transportation and logistics recovery so far has been a supply story. Discipline, not demand acceleration, has driven it, with capacity leaving faster than freight. That exit looks structural, not cyclical, so supply should keep tightening. What has changed is that the tightening is now paired with steadier, if uneven, demand.
